As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the convenient location near the train station and the short walk to the main attractions in old town. The comfortable beds and stunning view from the tenth floor room made my stay memorable. The staff were courteous and even left a welcome gift of mango apricot jam, an apple, and a Mozartkugel in the room.
Felt special, no complaints at all.

Staying here made my trip memorable! From its convenient location just outside the main train station, I was able to catch a train to visit a nearby attraction. The amazing view of the city from my room was breathtaking. I loved the room amenities, including the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk provided me with a welcome drink and useful tour/ticket assistance.
I would highly recommend staying at this place to anyone looking for luxurious comfort, quality services, and a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and just a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable and my room was super clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more fun. The hotel facilities were great, with a panoramic restaurant on the 15th floor that offered amazing views. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide array of options including organic products. I appreciated the easy access to transportation, as there were bus and train stations directly across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at Austria Trend Hotel. The location was ideal, being right across from the station and near a supermarket. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Despite a few minor issues with the WiFi and bathroom heater, the overall experience was great. One of the receptionists was apologetic and even offered us a day of free breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast.

The hotel's interpretation of parking rules and the lack of assistance regarding the car rental next door could be improved.
